Clean Design Systems Pty Ltd, specialise in Process Design and Project Management for the Consumer Manufacturing Industry.
Our scope of work ranges from Feasibility Studies, Process Mechanical, Electrical Design and Installation, Plant and Equipment Layouts, Project Management, Construction Management, Factory Extensions, Relocations and Full Turnkey Projects.
We have Twenty Three years experience in the Engineering Field of Pharmaceutical, Personal Care, Food, Beverage and Household Product Industries.
Our past experiences enable us to sit down with the Client and gain an understanding of their existing or proposed Manufacturing Processes.
After this stage we are able to provide Process and Instrumentation Diagrams for further discussions.
Once these are approved, a Design Brief and Preliminary Process Drawings are assembled.
On completion of the above stages a budget cost of the Project is put together for the client to review and submit to the Board or Head Office for final approval.
Detailed Design Drawings, Specifications and Reports are finalised.
Sumbmission of all necessary Drawings, Specifications and Reports to the relevant Government Regulatory Authorities for their approval.
Design Drawings and Specifications are submitted for Tender.
Tender costs are reviewed, Manufacturers and Contractors are selected.
Materials and Equipment are Purchased on behalf of the Client.
Project Management and Supervision of the Installation.
Final Commissioning and training.
Clean Design Systems has successfully Project Managed and Designed, a Hair Care Manufacturing Process Plant which was Prefabricated, Assembled and Tested in Sydney, Australia.
The Process Plant was then Disassembled, Packaged and Shipped to Shanghai, Installed and Commissioned. Click here for more on this project.
